The design service is very much a personal one, so it’s important that we meet and discuss styles. We can then look closely at how you and your family want to live in your home, and to design a space which functions well for your particular way of life.
The design concept is then developed and presented to you along with drawings and materials and furniture boards to give you a good idea of what the final design will look like.
But we never forget that for many people their home is also their biggest financial commitment. We ensure that your investment in interior design also adds value to the property.
PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
We will use our extensive range of trade contacts to research, order and arrange delivery of all the design elements from kitchen appliances to tiles and cushions.
Working with the building contractor, we will make sure deliveries are made in line with the project timetable and that design integrity is maintained.
INTERIOR DECORATION
If you just want to update the look of your house, but don’t want the disruption of building work, we can design a decorating scheme for you, help you choose furniture and textiles that are just right for you, then order and arrange delivery.
CONSULTANCY
Sometimes professional advice can give you the confidence to move your design ideas forward. Our consultancy service consists of visiting your home, talking through your ideas and plans and advising you on the best way forward. We look at layout, spaces that could be improved to function and look better, and advise you on how to redesign your home.
We can also help with style, colour schemes and choosing furniture and fabrics, and work alongside you to achieve the look you want.
DRESSING FOR SALE
Whether you are a developer refurbishing a property for sale or a private owner wishing to present your house to best effect for viewings, we can decorate or dress your house to attract a wide range of potential buyers quickly, and to maximise the sale price. Our tried and tested techniques have been extremely profitable for our clients, often resulting in buyers bidding competitively to secure the property.
